Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Eternal BTC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and ownership of our NFT assets (“NFTs”). By connecting a compatible Web3 wallet and completing a transaction, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase.

2. Definitions

• “Eternal BTC” refers to the collection of on-chain NFTs capturing moments in Bitcoin’s history.
• “Buyer” means you, the individual or entity purchasing one or more NFTs.
• “Platform” means our website, smart contracts, and related interfaces used to mint, display, and trade NFTs.

3. Purchase & Minting

• Price & Fees: Each NFT is sold at the price displayed at minting time, payable in HYPE tokens plus any network (gas) fees.
• Payment: Buyers must hold sufficient HYPE balance in a supported wallet and approve the transaction.
• Confirmation: Once your transaction is confirmed on-chain, minting is irreversible. Please double-check wallet addresses and network settings (Hyperliquid Mainnet, chainId 999).

4. Ownership Rights

Upon successful mint, you own a portable ERC-721 token representing the NFT. Usage License: You receive a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and create derivative works of the NFT artwork for non-commercial personal use. Reservation of Rights: All underlying copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property not expressly granted remain with Eternal BTC or its licensors.

5. Restrictions

You may not use the NFT or any related trademarks to promote illegal activities or infringe on others’ rights. Automated bulk minting, resale at or above market manipulation, and other activities that threaten platform integrity are prohibited.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The Platform and NFTs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Eternal BTC does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. Past performance of NFTs or associated tokens is not indicative of future results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eternal BTC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or ownership of NFTs.

7. Termination & Modification

We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may revoke minting privileges or blacklist wallets engaged in prohibited behavior.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of [Venue].
